Tell Us ...

In November, we asked you to tell us about your favorite bridge or trestle along a rail-trail. We compiled a slideshow of our favorite submissions, so check out these incredible views!

A special thank you to everyone for sharing these images. Several readers had recently visited the new High Trestle Trail in Iowa, so it's no wonder the trail's signature bridge, at 13 stories high and a half-mile across the Des Moines River valley, appears several times in the slideshow!

Other rail-trails featured include the Virginia Creeper Trail, Va., and the Greenbrier River Trail, W.Va., as well as a couple soon-to-be-converted rail bridges in Massachusetts.
