National Sign-on letter
A central element of RTC's support for the legislation was a national group sign-on letter. The letter has attracted signatures from more than 400 local, regional and state groups representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia, along with 29 national groups. The signatories also include dozens of mayors and other elected officials.
