Workshop: James River Branch Rail-Trail - Richmond, Va. This workshop addressed issues of crime and traffic safety in the neighborhoods surrounding the James River Branch Rail-Trail, a planned trail on the Southside of Richmond, Va. The workshop was led by Ursula Lemanski of the National Park Service Rivers, Trails & Conservation Assistance Program and Nathan Burrell, trails manager for the city of Richmond Department of Parks and Recreation.
