In addition to its national headquarters in Washington, D.C, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC) operates regional and state offices in California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. These satellite offices maintain close contacts with trail-building professionals and agencies at the local level, and they are often the best resource in deciding on funding options for trail projects within their region. Their on-the-ground trail and policy expertise is crucial to developing a nationwide network of rail-trails and connecting corridors.
