Pennsylvania License Plate Program
Show your support of Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC) with a Special Organization License Plate.
Only RTC members residing in Pennsylvania are eligible to purchase this unique license plate with the RTC logo.
Cost for the plate is $50. That includes $24 to the state for processing and manufacturing of the plate, and $26 as a tax-deductible donation to RTC.
