Campaign: Media Coverage
On October 20, 2008, RTC released the "Active Transportation for America" report to Congressman James Oberstar (D-Minn.), Chair of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The release was covered by CNN (select "Click for Quickview") and C-SPAN.
On or soon after the 20th, communities across the country released their case statements and participation in the Campaign to the media. Below is a list of media coverage of these events, alphabetized by state.
