This bill gives local governments the option to enter into an agreement with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to create transit-oriented development districts, called Complete Community Enterprise Districts, for the purposes of promoting economic development. Mixed-use, transit-oriented communities would engender more biking and walking. Read more about the legislation.
