An easement between the city of Flagstaff, Arizona, and The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company wherein the railroad grants the city use of their property to build a bike path. The easement shall only be used for this purpose, and the city must take on the expense of all trail construction and maintenance, including a fence, required by the railroad to be built on the Southerly line of that portion of the property. The railroad is also indemnified against all damage to property or any injury or death of trail users or trail constructors.
