A resolution between the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company and the city of Steamboat Springs (CO) whereas the railroad company allows the city to construct a pedestrian and bicycle rail, portions of which will encroach and cross the railroad's right-of-way. The city pays the railroad a set fee to remove and replace tracks at locations of trail underpass, as well as for the insurance protections for all railroad staff and activity in the area.
