The Foss Creek Pathway is a 4.1-mile pedestrian and bike path that was planned to connect to an existing bike lane in Sonoma, CA. This plan is designed to improve accessibility to nearby vineyards, parks and other attractions. Additionally it aims to connect residential neighborhoods with employment centers and recreational facilities. The Foss Creek Pathway Plan divides the trail into segments and analyses the benefits and obstacles of each one. Specific construction and design standards are also outlined.  This includes signage and crossings but also lighting, public art and landscaping. This plan was prepared for the City of Healdsburg Metropolitan Transportation Commission by the City of Healdsburg Planning Department, Landmark Planning and Permit Service, and Alta Planning + Design.
