A joint license for encroachments along the bayside rail corridor between the San Diego and Eastern Arizona Railroad Company and the Redevelopment Agency of San Diego (CA) in which the railroad and city indemnify each other and both are required to have insurance. The city must: remove exclusions from liability relating to the vicinity of the railroad; obtain a permit prior to conducting any work on the corridor; and give the railroad an ongoing permit of entry to maintain any railroad facilities.
