This lease allows the City of San Luis Obispo to use land granted by the Union Pacific Railroad Company for a pedestrian/bicycle trail, a seven-foot security fence, landscaping, and pavement encroachments. The City is responsible for maintenance of operation of the land. On-site fire protection, "no trespassing" signs, and a 7-foot fence are required for safety.
