This report is the result of a year-long study to develop the Naugatuck Greenway in Connecticut, a 22-mile project.  This project 's goal is to increase accessibility to the Naugatuck River and provide pedestrians and cyclists with a safe route for non-motorized transportation. This study is extremely comprehensive, analyzing goals, land use, obstacles, construction, design, cost, safety, rights-of-way, environment, community, routing, rail corridors, phasing, zoning, and more. Routing analysis is particularly well done and takes many social, environmental, economic and legal factors into consideration.
