This study examines a 9.5-mile section of the R.J. Corman Versailles Line that is being considered for rail-trail development. CDP Engineers along with Alta Planning + Design conducted this study in order to determine rights-of-way and easement accessibility, proximity to agricultural land, design and construction and associated costs, and use GIS data to provide helpful maps and illustrations.
