This document confirms that the SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority (JRA) opposes trail construction on its property unless the following standards are met: 1.) the trail is greater than 50 feet away from the track centerline, and 2.) a fence is provided when trails are less than 50 feet away from the centerline. Grade crossings are also opposed by the JRA. A list of case-by-case exceptions are also provided.
