James Longhurst

James Longhurst is an associate professor of history at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and author of the new book, “Bike Battles: A History of Sharing the American Road.” While he is fond of the tunnels of Wisconsin’s historic Elroy-Sparta trail, his current favorite ride is Minnesota’s Root River Trail.
