Are Donations To Rails to Trails Conservancy Tax Deductible?

Rails to Trails Conservancy (RTC) is a charitable organization exempt from taxation under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID: 52-1437006).

Contributions to Rails to Trails Conservancy are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, minus $4.00 for the annual subscription for Rails to Trails magazine. Also, if you received one of the following items as a premium for your donation, you must deduct the fair market value of the product listed below:
