Guest contributor Dr. Kerr, Ph.D., MSc, is an associate professor at the University of California, San Diego, in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine, and a researcher for the Center for Wireless and Population Health Systems at the Qualcomm Institute. Kerr’s research focuses on measurement, intervention and environmental correlates of physical activity and sedentary behavior in older adults.
