The goal of the study is to determine safe, useful, and cost-effective trail alignment that connects existing trails, public transportation centers, and local attractions in Pierce County, Washington. It divides the trail into segments and examines potential alignments and connections, the present non-motorized facilities, and the proposed trail alignments for each one. This study was prepared by Parametrix for the Pierce County Parks and Recreation Department and City of Tacoma Public Works.
